Join us for our biggest fundraiser of the year!

Our church’s biggest fundraising event—the annual Service Auction—is just around the corner! We warmly invite EVERYONE to get involved.

Now Requesting Donations

We are currently seeking donations of items, services, and special experiences for our Silent and Live Auctions. This year, we encourage those who are offering auction donations to enter them directly online. It’s faster and easier! Our new online software allows you to put in multiple items quickly without re-entering your info, stores pictures, and displays the catalog of accepted donations, so you can see what other people are donating. Paper forms will also be available between Sunday services until November 11 or you can download it here.

What Can You Offer?

Think creatively! Can you host a group meal? Offer a travel adventure? Teach someone how to do something you do well? Provide a specialized service? Partner with someone else in our community on a donation? DON’T underestimate your talents, and please DO take the time to write up a tempting description of your donation and provide pictures. Submission deadline is November 15.


New This Year

There will be a Mrs. Claus’ SweetShoppe featuring holiday treats made by our Youth. Hot sandwiches are provided as well as non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Our biggest change this year: the auction catalogue will be available online in advance-—with photos!—so you can plan your bidding ahead of time.


Volunteers Appreciated

s always, we’ll need help from all you generous members in setting up the auction and staffing the event. This is a great opportunity to meet others, and still have time to participate in bidding.
