On October 18, faith and spiritual communities will join in solidarity for the global “Faiths 4 Climate Justice” action to demand world leaders act more boldly on climate justice! Two weeks before the international UN Climate Talks, and following the “People vs. Fossil Fuels” week of action in Washington DC, this is the time to unite in calling for a just transition from fossil fuels.
As part of this global action, MNIPL is hosting a multifaith gathering for federal climate justice. People of faith and conscience are invited to join us at noon at the entrance to the Federal Building in downtown Minneapolis.
